I appreciated the clean room and friendly staff during my stay. The outdoor pool offered a perfect retreat after long days of exploring. Some issues with hallway cleanliness were noted, but overall, my experience has been quite pleasant.

Honestly, the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and I appreciated having a microwave. The WiFi also worked much better than I'd expected!

The kids loved the sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel, which kept them busy every evening.

My kids wished there had been a pool. It would have made our stay much more enjoyable, especially with five teenagers around. Plus, there was a lack of breakfast options.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated that I could grab a mini fridge and microwave in my room, comforting necessities when traveling with kids.

The carpet in the room was well overdue for a deep clean, leaving my feet black after just a short walk on it. The bathroom ceiling had peeling issues, and overall, it felt outdated and in need of renovations. Had a strange odor upon entering, making it less than inviting, even though the rooms were otherwise tidy. Some exterior areas could feel a bit uncomfortable, particularly due to the nearby structures attracting unsavory characters at times.

It was a decent fit for a city break in Williamsburg with good value. The male staff at the desk were really nice. Just check the breakfast times before heading down to eat.

I had a fabulous time enjoying the outdoor swimming pool under the sun! The BBQ facilities made it easy to whip up a fun family dinner. Plus, being just a 3-minute drive from some very nice local sites was the cherry on top!

The breakfast options were minimal, and I didn’t feel inclined to try them after glancing at what was offered. Their wifi connection worked perfectly fine, which helped during my stay. The whole place seemed in need of some renovations to feel fresh. Lastly, I had issues retrieving some items I accidentally left behind, but the manager eventually sorted it out. This place could benefit from improvements in cleanliness and upkeep to make it a more inviting stay overall.
